Zeina Mina holds a doctorate in Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities and was the Dean of the Sport Sciences Faculty at the Antonine University in Lebanon from 2009 until 2019. After a high level sports career punctuated by her participation at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984, she invested heavily in building Lebanese Sport. She held the position of Advisor to the Lebanese Minister of Youth and Sports.Zeina Mina then became a member of the National High Committee of the VI Francophone games that took place in Beirut in 2009 as head of the sports commission.
She currently resides in Paris working in her position as the Director of the international committee of the Francophone games
Dr Georges Assaf holds his doctorate in Sports Physiology at the University of Kinesiology in Zagreb.
He is the co-founder and Technical Director at Performance First Health Club and Sports Academy School.
He’s also made a career as an athletic and rehabilitation trainer, working with many elite athletes and professional teams across Lebanon and the Arab world such as the Football and Basketball National teams as well as being an Olympic coach for track and field athletes.
He’s also currently the Director of the European Diploma for Strength and Conditioning at the Antonine University in Lebanon and a Lecturer at Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University.
Certified EPS teacher in France Marjolaine Deborde has taught in three different areas of the world. In Guyana, in Morocco and in the United States.
She has also participated in and organized many international sporting and cultural meetings and events for her students. With experience as a trainer and a coordinator in addition to holding two masters (Sport and Performance in Lyon and Train theTrainers in Bordeaux), she decided to shift to a managerial role where she could grow and nurture her qualities.
Following her previous position as the head of Department of a Sports School and Extra-Curricular Activities in the United States, she continued her journey to Lebanon and took over the management of Sports Academy School in 2019.
Thanks to her intercultural skills, her dual sporting and educational outlook and her network of partners, Marjolaine is a key foundation to the structuring, opening and development of SAS operations
